Application

Directions: Apply the mask to cleansed face, neck and décolleté. The mask is fully absorbed and does not need to be rinsed off.

As a day mask: Apply a thin layer and allow it to absorb completely (approx. 15 minutes). Gently massage any excess into the skin.
Makeup can then be applied as usual.

As a night mask: Apply a more generous layer instead of your regular night care and leave it on overnight. Use as needed or 1–2 times per week.

Please note the instructions for use regarding fruit acids. After application, use sun protection (SPF) the following day.

The 20% Biogen Plant B5 Complex unites Biogen Plant Extract and Panthenol to support the skin’s renewal process and promote a more balanced, resilient-looking complexion.
Developed by Dr. Michael Babor, the latest generation of BABOR’s exclusive Biogen Plant Extract features a selective composition of renowned botanicals, including rosemary, nettle, ginseng, bladderwrack, watercress, figwort, fumitory and agrimony. These ingredients have been valued for centuries across various traditional cosmetic applications for their properties.

Rooted deeply in BABOR’s philosophy is the belief that ingredients, when used with respect for the skin, can help deliver visible results. Eight plants from diverse botanical families and regions, known for their content of polyphenols, terpenes and flavonoids, were carefully selected.

Panthenol is well known as a humectant that provides moisture to the skin. It attracts and retains water on the skin’s surface, improving the appearance of a hydrated and supple complexion. At the same time, it supports the skin’s natural moisture barrier, helping to reduce visible signs of dehydration. As a nurturing ingredient, Panthenol is also known for its soothing properties, helping to calm the skin and reduce feelings of dehydration or tightness due to dryness.

Glycolic Acid, a well-established alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), is known for its ability to refine the look of the skin’s texture. As an exfoliant, it helps to remove dull, dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, more even and refined complexion.

Betaine, derived from sugar beets, is an amino acid derivative known for its moisturizing and soothing benefits. As a humectant, it helps attract and retain moisture, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple. Its calming properties support skin comfort and promote a smoother, silkier feel.

Secondary active ingredients

8.5% soothing and valuable shea butter, squalane and almond oil nourish dry skin and support its natural barrier function with moisture. Squalane, derived from olives, as well as glycerin, help to retain the skin’s moisture while reducing the appearance of fine lines and minor redness due to dryness. The skin appears silky-smooth and radiant. Together, they soothe dry skin and help to reduce moisture loss.
