This pleasantly light serum was specifically designed to refine the skin and improve its texture. The innovative formula with 10% niacinamide and other active ingredients regulates sebum production for a matte finish. Application

Apply morning and evening to the face, neck and décolleté after cleansing and press gently into the skin. To finish, apply either DOCTOR BABOR Renewal Cream or DOCTOR BABOR The Cure Gel-Cream.

Main active ingredients

Niacinamide, also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinamide, helps strengthen the skin barrier by boosting the production of ceramides. This protects the skin from moisture loss and environmental stress factors. Niacinamide is also known to reduce hyperpigmentation and produce a more even skin tone by inhibiting melanin production. As an added benefit, it stimulates collagen production to minimise wrinkles and fine lines for an all-round more harmonious complexion.
The ecologically sustainable babassu seed is widespread in South America. It is mainly cultivated for its essential oil. The seed is known for its high vitamin E content and its anti-inflammatory effect due to the lauric acid and omega-9 it contains. The active ingredient derived from the seed quickly provides a mattifying effect and has a long-term sebum-regulating effect.
The exclusive rosa canina extract is an essence derived from the berries of the wild rose. It is rich in flavonoids and has the potential to reduce the differentiation of sebocytes, which allows it to sustainably regulate sebum production in people with excessive sebum production. The extract also helps restore the normal size of pores on skin prone to impurities.
Rice starch is known for its high absorption capacity, which allows it to absorb excess oil and sebum from the skin’s surface. This can reduce shine, mattify the skin and minimise the appearance of enlarged pores immediately after application.
