Main active ingredients

At the core of each MICROBIOMIC formulation are two postbiotic ferments.
To support the abundance and diversity of the skin microbiome, biotechnologically produced postbiotics from fermented probiotic bacteria are used. These are able to increase proteins and enzymes that are important for skin quality and to accelerate skin renewal. This allows them to influence key features of the skin aging process and the skin's ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
To counteract skin dehydration, postbiotics derived from controlled biofermented yeast extract stimulate the synthesis of lipids in the epidermis, thereby improving the skin's barrier function and strengthening its defenses. In doing so, they restore the skin's balance and help break the vicious cycle of skin dryness and imbalance of the skin flora without harming the skin flora.
A sustainably sourced red maple bark extract, native to the boreal forests of Canada, perfectly rounds off the active ingredient concept. It has long been valued in traditional medicine as a potent antioxidant. Rich in highly bioactive polyphenols, the extract protects against oxidative stress and prevents the first signs of skin aging.

Secondary active ingredients

Vitamin E and a vitamin C derivative act as radical scavengers and play an indispensable role in protecting the skin from external influences. They ensure a protective, antioxidant-strengthened skin barrier and protect the skin from external stimuli. They also help to reduce hyperpigmentation and improve skin texture.
