Application

After cleansing, apply to a cotton pad every other day and spread over the face, neck and décolleté until the skin feels well moistened. Do not rinse. Follow with your regular skincare products. If well tolerated, the toner can also be used daily.

Main active ingredients

The 9% AHA/BHA/PAD complex packs a punch with the highly concentrated power of omnipotent acids and panthenol.
Mandelic acid is a gentle alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently exfoliates the top layer of the skin. This gentle exfoliation removes dead skin cells, which stimulates skin regeneration. At the same time, mandelic acid helps stimulate collagen production, resulting in improved skin texture and a more even complexion. As an added benefit, its moisturizing properties intensify skin hydration for a supple, smooth complexion.
As a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), deep-acting salicylic acid has a lipophilic molecular structure that makes it fat-soluble, enabling it to efficiently dissolve sebum and dead skin cells. With this unique mode of action, salicylic acid cleanses the pores thoroughly and prevents them from clogging, which reduces the appearance of blemishes such as blackheads and pimples. Salicylic acid also helps soothe irritated skin, reduce redness and swelling, and minimize existing blemishes.
The azelaic acid derivative is a universal skincare ingredient known for its antibacterial properties. Because it is better tolerated by the skin, it normalizes the skin’s sebum production and availability and prevents pores from clogging. Its antioxidant properties protect the skin from harmful free radicals and thus prevent premature skin aging. As an added benefit, the balancing effect of this derivative may help soften hyperpigmentation and dark acne spots for a more balanced skin tone.

Secondary active ingredients

As a natural humectant, panthenol hydrates the skin by collecting moisture stored in the skin, making it possible for the skin to hydrate itself from within. In addition, panthenol strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier, thereby helping to prevent moisture loss. As a protective agent, panthenol effectively reduces itching and skin irritation caused by external influences.
BIOGEN PLANT EXTRACT and vitamin E also protect the skin against harmful environmental influences. The exquisite plant extract is derived from 8 highly potent plants of different genera. It has been researched and continuously improved for 6 decades, making it a true masterpiece of modern cosmetic research.
