Application

Apply to dry skin around the eyes after cleansing with the DOCTOR BABOR Refining Cleansing Oil Balm. Remove the patch from the sachet and apply it under the eye and over the bridge of the nose. After approx. 10–15 minutes, remove the patch and gently massage in any excess product.
For first-time use: initially, apply the patch only once a week. If it is well tolerated, the patch can be applied twice a week.

Warnings

Contains Vitamin A. Consider your daily intake before use. Do not use in combination with other retinol products. Do not apply to damaged skin.
After microdermabrasion, microneedling or TheraPRO Peel, start home application only once redness and feelings of tightness have completely subsided. If skin irritation occurs, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue the product. Concurrent daily use of other retinol, fruit acid or Vitamin C products may cause skin irritation. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use.

Main active ingredients

The triple pro-retinol complex, consisting of retinyl palmitate, encapsulated retinol and bakuchiol, activates the skin’s regeneration processes and is particularly notable for its strong antioxidant properties:
Retinyl palmitate is a stable form of vitamin A. Its antioxidant properties help protect the skin from harmful environmental influences such as UV radiation and pollution. This antioxidant effect helps reduce oxidative damage that can lead to premature skin aging. Retinyl palmitate also softens hyperpigmentation by supporting the breakdown of melanin and optimizing the distribution of pigment cells in the skin. This leads to a more balanced skin tone and fewer age spots and hyperpigmentation. By stimulating cell regeneration and collagen production, it can also improve skin texture. This reduces fine lines and wrinkles and makes the skin appear firmer and more youthful.
The stable, encapsulated retinol unfolds its extensive transformative retinoid potential in a more controlled manner, ensuring a prolonged release of retinol without reducing its effectiveness. It helps soften the appearance of blemishes and age spots. At the same time, it prevents skin aging by smoothing fine lines. The encapsulated form promotes skin regeneration and ensures more even, radiant skin.
Bakuchiol is a vegan pro-retinol extracted from the seeds of the Indian babchi plant (Psoralea corylifolia). Known for its antioxidant properties, it completes the triple-action skin regeneration complex. As a natural anti-aging active, bakuchiol is considered a gentler alternative to retinol that is highly effective and well tolerated. Bakuchiol helps optimize the skin’s appearance. It improves the skin’s elasticity and resilience and gives a radiant complexion. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects the skin from free radicals. At the same time, it soothes the skin.

In addition, it visibly minimizes enlarged pores and helps protect the skin from moisture loss and dehydration.
